<p class="C1">&#65279ROHL&#256 S&#256HIB, GURDW&#256R&#256, within the limits of Ja&#7749g&#299 R&#257&#7751&#257, a village 20 km southwest of Ba&#7789hi&#7751&#7693&#257 (30º-14'N, 74º-59'E), is sacred to Gur&#363 Gobind Si&#7749gh who, according  to <i>S&#257kh&#299 Poth&#299</i>, once put up here near a shrine commemorating a martyr, Barber Rohl&#257. The older shrine no longer exists. The new Gurdw&#257r&#257, raised in honour of Gur&#363 Gobind Si&#7749gh, is a two-storeyed building, with the sanctum in the middle of the hall on the ground floor. The shrine is managed by a Niha&#7749g Sikh of the Bu&#7693&#7693h&#257 Dal.</p>
