Nag&#257h&#299&#257 helped his father Lakkh&#299 R&#257i remove the headless trunk of Gur&#363 Te<u>gh</u> Bah&#257dur from the site of execution and cremate it in their own house. Bha&#7789&#7789 Kesho, recording the obsequies performed in the year 1675 at R&#257is&#299n&#257, now part of New Delhi, says: "P&#257r&#257&#7749 De&#299 Grambin&#299 is twice blessed for she had given birth to a son like Nag&#257h&#299&#257... who managed to take away from Ch&#257ndn&#299 Chowk the dead body of Sr&#299 Gur&#363 Te<u>gh</u> Bah&#257dur, with the help of his father Lakkh&#299 R&#257i, thereby earning for himself and his father eternal fame and glory."
