<p class="C1">&#65279KISHAN KAUR, daughter of Chaudhar&#299 R&#257j&#257 Si&#7749gh belonging to the village of Samr&#257, in Amritsar district of the Punjab, was married to Prince Kha&#7771ak Si&#7749gh, eldest son of Mah&#257r&#257j&#257 Ra&#7751j&#299t Si&#7749gh, in 1818. She survived her husband and was granted by the British an annual pension of Rs 2, 324.</p>
