<p class="C1">&#65279KEVAL, village, now in Sirs&#257 district of Hary&#257&#7751&#257 and 17 km south of Talva&#7751&#7693&#299 S&#257bo (29º-59'N, 75º-5'E), is where, according to <i>S&#257kh&#299 Poth&#299</i>, Gur&#363 Gobind Si&#7749gh, leaving Talva&#7751&#7693&#299 S&#257bo for the South on 30 October 1706, made his first overnight halt.Gurdw&#257r&#257 P&#257tsh&#257h&#299 X, a square hall with the domed sanctum in the middle, commemorates the visit. The Gurdw&#257r&#257 is maintained by the village <i>sa&#7749gat</i>.</p>
