One of their relations, Bh&#257&#299 Bodh Si&#7749gh, had settled in Chakk No. 91 Dhann&#363&#257&#7751&#257 in Lyallpur district (now in Pakistan). A death occurred in his family and Bh&#257&#299 Kanhaiy&#257 Si&#7749gh went there to condole with him. While there, he found that a <i>jath&#257</i> from that village was getting ready to go for the liberation of Gurdw&#257r&#257 Janam A&#7779th&#257n, Nank&#257&#7751&#257 S&#257hib.
