It commemorates the visit of Gur&#363 Gobind Si&#7749gh during his journey from Hehr&#257&#7749 towards S&#299lo&#257&#7751&#299 and Lamm&#257&#7749-Ja&#7789pur&#257 in December 1705. A new building has been constructed to replace the old Mañj&#299 S&#257hib raised in 1903. Over the <i>prak&#257sh asth&#257n</i>, the site of the old building, stands a tall four-storeyed tower capped by a lotus dome covered with glazed tiles in milk-white and grass-green colours.
