<p class="C1">&#65279JODH&#256 R&#256M (d.1845), a Br&#257hma&#7751 of Jamm&#363 hills, was the father-in-law of Pa&#7751&#7693it Jall&#257, adviser and confidant of R&#257j&#257 H&#299r&#257 Si&#7749gh Dogr&#257, who became in 1843 the prime minister of the Sikh kingdom of Lahore. It was Jodh&#257 R&#257m who captured Jaw&#257har Si&#7749gh, brother of Mah&#257r&#257&#7751&#299 Jind Kaur, by order of Prime Minister H&#299r&#257 Si&#7749gh. When Jaw&#257har Si&#7749gh assumed power in May 1845, he had Jodh&#257 R&#257m executed.</p>
