<p class="C1">&#65279JH&#256ÑJH&#362, BH&#256&#298, was a talented musician of the time of Gur&#363 Arjan. Once he, accompanied by Bh&#257&#299 Kid&#257r&#257 and Bh&#257&#299 Mukand&#257, who were also musicians by profession, waited on the Gur&#363 and prayed for instruction. Bh&#257&#299 Jh&#257ñjh&#363 and his companions took the Gur&#363's precept and were content to spend their days thereafter performing <i>k&#299rtan</i> in his presence. They had no other worldly desire left. They lived on what they were offered and never aspired for more. In this way, tells Bh&#257&#299 Man&#299 Si&#7749gh, <i>Sikh&#257&#7749 d&#299 Bhagat Mala</i>, they attained liberation.</p>
