His family was related to the Sukkarchakk&#299&#257 family by matrimony as Ra&#7751j&#299t Si&#7749gh's father, Mah&#257&#7749 Si&#7749gh was married to his daughter.</p> <p class="C1">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Jai Si&#7749gh was a constant companion of Mah&#257&#7749 Si&#7749gh in his military expeditions of '&#298s&#257 <u>Kh</u>el, Pi&#7751&#7693&#299 Bha&#7789&#7789&#299&#257&#7749, Gujr&#257t, Si&#257lko&#7789, and Ras&#363lnagar.
