During the battle of Mehr&#257j, Gur&#363's <i>la&#7749gar</i> and provisions, according to tradition, were located here. The main Gurdw&#257r&#257 was constructed by Mah&#257r&#257j&#257 H&#299r&#257 Si&#7749gh of N&#257bh&#257 (1843-1911). A new 3-storeyed domed building was added during the 1970's. The Gurdw&#257r&#257 is managed by the Shiroma&#7751&#299 Gurdw&#257r&#257 Parbandhak Committee.
