<p class="C1">&#65279DUS&#256ÑJH <u>KH</u>URD, village 3 km south of Ba&#7749g&#257 (31º-11'N, 76ºE) in Jalandhar district of the Punjab, has a historical shrine called Gurdw&#257r&#257 Gur&#363 Har R&#257i S&#257hib P&#257tsh&#257h&#299 Satv&#299&#7749 (seventh) dedicated to the Seventh Gur&#363, Gur&#363 Har R&#257i. In 1940, the local <i>sa&#7749gat</i> raised a new building on the site of the older shrine. The Gur&#363 Granth S&#257hib is seated on a high dais in the centre of the central hall, to which another hall was added later. Residential quarters and Gur&#363 k&#257 La&#7749gar are on the left of the main building. The Gurdw&#257r&#257 is affiliated to the Shiroma&#7751&#299 Gurdw&#257r&#257 Parbandhak Committee.</p>
