<p class="C1">&#65279DHARAM DHUJ&#256, lit. standard or banner of <i>dharma</i> or faith, is the popular name of Akh&#257&#7771&#257 Nirmal Panth Gur&#363 Gobind Si&#7749gh J&#299; a seminary at Pa&#7789i&#257l&#257 in the Punjab belonging to the Nirmal&#257 sect of the Sikhs. Now affiliated to the Nirmal Pañch&#257it&#299 Akh&#257&#7771&#257 at Kankhal near Haridv&#257r, Dharam Dhuj&#257 was the first permanent centre of the Nirmal&#257s established in 1862 under the patronage of the rulers of Pa&#7789i&#257l&#257, N&#257bh&#257, J&#299nd and Kals&#299&#257.</p>
