It is sacred to Gur&#363 Te<u>gh</u> Bah&#257dur, who visited it during one of his journeys through this region. A Mañj&#299 S&#257hib, constructed by Mah&#257r&#257j&#257 Karam Si&#7749gh (1798-1845) of Pa&#7789i&#257l&#257, was located east of the village. It was replaced by a new building in 1980 by the followers of Sant B&#257b&#257 J&#299van Si&#7749gh. It consists of a square <i>d&#299v&#257n</i> hall with a domed sanctum, and other ancillary buildings.
