A platform and a small shrine, established inside the village in honour of the Gur&#363's visit, was looked after for a long time by a line of Mir&#257s&#299 (Muslim bards or heralds) priests until the local Sikh sa&#7749gat took it over in the Si&#7749gh Sabh&#257 days. Later, a new building was raised on the site (cornerstone laid on 19 March 1917). Now known as Gurdw&#257r&#257 Gur&#363 Har R&#257i S&#257hib J&#299 P&#257tsh&#257h&#299 VII, the shrine is managed by a local committee under the overall control of the Shiroma&#7751&#299 Gurdw&#257r&#257 Parbandhak Committee. Besides the daily services, special d&#299v&#257ns are held on the first of each Bikram&#299 month.
