Gur&#363 Te<u>gh</u> Bah&#257dur arrived here from &#256lo Harakh in the course of a journey through the M&#257lv&#257 region. His devotees constructed a platform around two <i>p&#299pal</i> trees under which the Gur&#363 had sat. A <i>gurdw&#257r&#257</i>, called Gurdw&#257r&#257 Sr&#299 Gur&#363 Te<u>gh</u> Bah&#257dur S&#257hib J&#299 P&#257tsh&#257h&#299 Nauv&#299&#7749, was constructed by the local <i>sa&#7749gat</i> in 1916. It is situated on the eastern outskirts of the town, next to Sr&#299 Gur&#363 Te<u>gh</u> Bah&#257dur College. It consists of a rectangular hall in front of the domed sanctum. The hall has a wide verandah on three sides with cubicles at the corners.
