Bh&#257&#299 Gurd&#257s, <i>V&#257r&#257&#7749</i>, I. 39-41, places this meeting in Achal Va&#7789&#257l&#257 (Ba&#7789&#257l&#257), now in Gurd&#257spur district of the Punjab, where Gur&#363 N&#257nak is said to have arrived from Kart&#257rpur on the occasion of the &#346ivar&#257tr&#299 fair. In the discourse that ensued, Bha&#7749garn&#257th chided the Gur&#363 for having discarded the garb of a recluse [referring to the way he clad himself for his journeys through different parts] and for re-entering the life of a householder.
