Some old accounts assign this shrine to the neighbouring village of D&#257d&#363 M&#257jr&#257, but it falls now within the revenue limits of Bhag&#7771&#257&#7751&#257. Gur&#363 Te<u>gh</u> Bah&#257dur halted here in the course of one of his journeys through this region. Two Sikhs, Bh&#257&#299 Amar&#363 and Bh&#257&#299 Di&#257l&#257, served him with devotion. The original memorial set up here was replaced with a M&#257ñj&#299 S&#257hib and some ancillary buildings by Mah&#257r&#257j&#257 Karam Si&#7749gh of Pa&#7789i&#257l&#257 (1798-1845) who also allotted some land for its maintenance.</p> <p class="C1">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The 7-metre square domed Mañj&#299 S&#257hib is built on a high plinth. Inside it is seated the Gur&#363 Granth S&#257hib.
