<p class="C1">&#65279ANAK SI&#7748GH, warrior son of Bh&#257&#299 Man&#299 R&#257m, resident of the village of 'Al&#299pur, district Mult&#257n (now in Pakistan), received baptismal rites at Anandpur at the time of the initiation of the <u>Kh</u>&#257ls&#257, on 30 March 1699, and took part in the battles of Nirmohga&#7771h and Anandpur. As says <i>Gur&#363 k&#299&#257&#7749 S&#257kh&#299&#257&#7749</i>, he fell a martyr in the battle of Chamkaur fought on 7 December 1705.</p>
